DOSAPACK-S is a semi automatic filler for ice cream containers of various dimensions and capacity. DOSAPACK-S is servo operated with a servo driven motor, controlled by a PLC with user-frienfly 4.3" colour touch screen that allows to adjust movement of filling nozzles and speed. The parameters can be saved in the PLC under a product recipe. Over 25 recipes acan be sotred in the PLC. The standard machine can fill ice cream 1 or 2 colours. Spyral fillers can be fitted as option for "Manhattan eect" filling. The fillers are suitable to process ice cream with dry particulates such as nuts, raisins. A special ripple mixing head is available to get star filling effect. The machine should be connected to an air compressor.
